OKLAHOMA has made some changes in its incentive program. The 15% rebate is now extended to film, television and commercial productions, and requires a minimum budget of $500,000, with $300,000 spent in the state. There are also non-assignable infrastructure tax credits, and credits for local taxpayers investing in an Oklahoma film or music project who reinvest the profits in another project.
