Come July, the streets of Dallas could look like one big Hollywood soundstage.
Three network television series will shoot simultaneously in North Texas this summer, and a fourth might join them in the fall, officials announced Wednesday.
Producers are flocking here for various reasons, including new state incentives, the area’s experienced film workforce, varied landscapes and welcoming atmosphere.
“The word is out on North Texas,” says Meredith Stephens, vice president of business development for MPS Studios, a Dallas-based production company for film, TV and commercials.
