Core Membership
Film Commission Membership
For state, regional, city, and tribal film commissions. FilmUSA's core membership is open exclusively to film commission offices across the United States. Members set the organization's priorities, participate in global delegations, and access shared resources, advocacy tools, and professional development.
Annual Dues, Sliding Scale
FilmUSA will always remain accessible to all film commissions, so membership is based on your office's ability to support the mission. You will set your contribution level as part of your application.
Applicants must be an accredited film commission, endorsed by the local jurisdiction they represent, and able to provide proof of that endorsement. Applications are reviewed by FilmUSA staff; approved offices receive an invoice payable by check or by credit card (a 3% processing fee applies to card payments).
Association
Association Membership
For non-profit organizations and associations that advocate for the film and television industry. Association members join FilmUSA's broader coalition while supporting our shared mission of strengthening the American screen economy.
Association membership is offered at three levels of support, each with its own benefits and logo branding. Applications cover your organization's mission, history, funding, and how our missions align.
For people who believe in the mission. Individual members support FilmUSA's advocacy for a national screen strategy and stay connected through the newsletter and member updates.
Contributions start at $50, with no upper limit. Every dollar supports the movement.
For industry companies and institutional partners. Partner membership is available on a year-round basis or for specific activations. Partners gain visibility across FilmUSA's events, access to our member network, and alignment with the national movement for a stronger American screen economy.
Membership is reserved for official U.S. film offices.
